If we could leave no stars, we would. We have been with Harnish ever since it was Studer Insurance Group, so a long, long time. For the past three to four years, we have had significant increases in our policies, which have come with no heads up as to how we might be able to lower these. We called each time to question these increases, and were told each time that someone would review our policies and get back to us. Suffice to say, we always had to call the office at least a couple of times to get a response....and this most recent time, when our rates went up almost 40% from the previous year, we got no response at all when we called 3 days ago and got the "we'll review and get back to you" spiel. Today we cancelled with Harnish and signed with State Farm, who are providing much better coverage and lower rates.
