Buffie doesn’t wear a cape but, she should. Harnish insurance is great but, the people behind the scenes make it go. Buffie is the equivalent of an in house employee when it comes to helping contractors get their business in order. Some people pretend to care. AVOID AVOID AVOID Long time clients, of Bryan Harnish but he fails to meet, even the most basic of standards. Policy contracts are never sent. To say the least… Even a bad company has to find ways of getting new customers to replace the old, burned customers. ——- Make sure, if you are planning on using Bryan or anyone, to look for insurance quotes, that you are getting the required and timely notifications, about the current policy so you can make other arrangements, if necessary. Make sure you have the choice to choose from two products or more, more than a single carrier AND if/when you DECLINE a product; saying, it’s not the right thing or product for you, that it is not still chosen for you, anyway. Make sure you get to choose your amounts of coverage or it may not be enough to cover everything that matters. and that you actually get to look over and approve the contract BEFORE contracts are placed, and that you actually, receive by mail, contracts in full, because a summary of changes, screenshots ordering documents that fail to materialize, may cost time and delay or complete denial of your claim. Not to mention the other costs, added stress, mounting frustrations are just a few other costs to think about. Delays! Delays! Delays! —- I can’t seem to get, you, Bryan, to mail me all the documents. I mistakenly, put my trust in the wrong place and I’ll be dealing with that issue, later. Bryan and YOUR choice, of insurance carrier, for me, have both been paid in full but you fail to provide me the contracts. I don’t know how to make it any plainer or easier to understand… You keep sending me, incomplete documentation, Bryan. Summaries of changes made, incomplete declaration pages and screenshots are not enough! The screenshot of you ordering my documents, was received by me. But I think you forgot to hit the send button after taking it. Should I now, be required, to track down, all the legal notices, & disclosures, legal language of the policy/s, endorsements list, the actual forms that the endorsement list, are referring to, etc, on my own? You need to provide them, Bryan! Worth Less! Use Less! Yes, I’m upset! I have a claim under a contract that is, frankly, being withheld from me and ALL of the requirements that apply to me, in order to get a settlement in full are completely ‘unknown’ to me. The thank you letters and misc. forms you keep sending me are heartfelt, but completely worthless to me, without the other documents! You understand what I meant, and what is being asked of you. You were ACTING as my agent, you are responsible, for sending all the contracts in full, period! And you are responsible for failing, to send me all the contract documents in full. Three weeks and counting! Overnight by USPS, registered mail, include a checklist outlining the documents included. Send me, all of my contracts! PLEASE! -Sent this day, May 28, 2025 3:25pm, az time

If we could leave no stars, we would. We have been with Harnish ever since it was Studer Insurance Group, so a long, long time. For the past three to four years, we have had significant increases in our policies, which have come with no heads up as to how we might be able to lower these. We called each time to question these increases, and were told each time that someone would review our policies and get back to us. Suffice to say, we always had to call the office at least a couple of times to get a response....and this most recent time, when our rates went up almost 40% from the previous year, we got no response at all when we called 3 days ago and got the "we'll review and get back to you" spiel. Today we cancelled with Harnish and signed with State Farm, who are providing much better coverage and lower rates.

Harnish Insurance Group by far has been the best insurance company I’ve ever used. The Customer service is AMAZING. I use them for my boat, homes, UTV’s and automobiles. They will go the extra mile and get you the cheapest rates possible.

Horrible service. Called several times to cancel both my business and auto insurance with them, before it got renewed (10/17) and they never answered. Finally got a hold of them after the insurance was renewed. On 10/29 I was promised to have my insurance cancelled back to 10/17 and get my money back for both policies since they had not canceled my policy as asked. On 11/07 I got an email that my account was to be withdrawn to pay for the insurance that was suppose to be canceled 10/29. Texted the agent 11/07 asking him why they still haven't canceled my policy and all of sudden I get an email of cancellation of my policy. It has now been over 30 days and I still haven't recieved my full refund. * I worked directly with Luis from your office not the producer.

Worst insurance agent ever. I've had to deal with my mortgage company, the insurance company and ADOT directly because Harnish is awful. Phone calls are not returned. Staff is terrible. Just say no.

I was with another agency that got acquired by this group. I have numerous policies with them and don't feel like a valued customer at all. I've had to call to follow up about new policies more times that I should and even communicated my frustration with them about their lack of communication - evidently that got dismissed as well. I would not recommend them and am personally shopping for a new agency.

While asking for a quote I have told these guys that both names (me and my wife) need to be on insurance card and I also told them I drive for Uber and Lyft. They only put my wife's name on insurance card and on a top of that they even insured wrong car. Uber and Lyft immediately shut down my accounts. I have never given them a vin number but somehow my son's car was listed on a policy instead of my car what increased my premium and with all this messed up I wasn't able to drive and make money. So, after a few visits to the office and phone calls they fixed all that and emailed me a new premium (decreased), but they gave me, and charged me, a wrong amount (increased). So far I have been to their office 3 times and called 4 times. So, I have called again today and instead of being nice I was told by Brandi Benet: IT WAS A WRONG AMOUNT I EMAILED YOU AND YOU ARE FREE TO LOOK FOR INSURANCE ELSEWHERE. THIS ISN'T A WAY TO DO ANY BUSINESS. Too bad there is no zero rating!
