I've been going to Bryan for years. My dad first told me about him and I know my dad has always trusted him. I've been a client of the Valles Insurance Group for many years. Both business and personal. I decided to buy a car on a Saturday and I didn't keep a current copy of my insurance with me so they had to figure out a way to get a copy. I was able to call Luis who was clearly at a child sporting event from the background noise and he got me a copy within 30 minutes. I have worked with many insurance professionals over the years and I can say without a doubt Bryan Harnish and his staff has to be one of the best in the business. He explains things clearly and quickly. When I'm trying to decide which company and policy to choose, Bryan does all of the evaluation so it is a simple task for me. I have worked with others where they just gather info and give it to me to read and digest. If I wanted to do all that leg work I wouldn't need a broker. Bryan returns calls and emails usually the same day. His staff is just as wonderful as he. I can't say enough about his abilities and the comfort he gives me and my staff.
